PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the movement of legs of an animal such as a dog to put them under the control of an owner or a computer.SOLUTION: The bottom end of leg strength vector conversion belt (1a) of a leg movement limiting device attached to an object animal is developed downward by a remote control operation of an owner in the figure 1.
