PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which enables impregnating various types of objects with e.g. an impregnation liquid by utilizing a vacuum state and a pressurized state, has a simple structure and is inexpensive and easy to handle.SOLUTION: A small-sized impregnation treatment apparatus includes a container body having an upper end opening and a flange part formed around, a lid body covering the container body from above, a lid body closing mechanism attaching the lid body to the container body tightly, a vacuum mechanism evacuating the container body, a supply mechanism supplying e.g. an impregnation liquid to the container body and a pressurizing mechanism pressurizing the container body.
