PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face protecting film having a function for prevention of dropping of blood and body fluid with a simple method at low cost.SOLUTION: The face protecting film which is used as an eyeshield 20 or the like and being made of transparent plastic comprises a projecting thread 23 on an edge part to be a lower side when the film is worn on face, which is formed by deformation of the film, and contacting angle to water of a film surface on which the projecting thread 23 projects is 70° or less.
