The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer comprising an RNA oligonucleotide having a specific sequence and structure. In particular, when treating a cell line with an RNA oligonucleotide, according to the present invention, having a specific sequence and a helical bending structure, the expression of ISG56 increases, and apoptosis of cancer cells is induced, and thus a composition comprising the RNA oligonucleotide can be usefully used in cancer treatment.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique permettant de traiter le cancer comprenant un oligonucléotide dARN ayant une séquence et une structure spécifiques. En particulier, lors du traitement dune lignée cellulaire avec un oligonucléotide dARN, selon la présente invention, ayant une séquence spécifique et une structure de pliage hélicoïdal, lexpression dISG56 augmente, et lapoptose des cellules cancéreuses est induite, et, de ce fait, une composition comprenant ledit oligonucléotide dARN peut être utilisée de manière utile dans le traitement du cancer.본 발명은 특정 서열 및 구조를 갖는 RNA 올리고뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 암 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 특정 서열과 나선형 굽힘 구조를 갖는 RNA 올리고뉴클레오티드를 세포주에 처리하면 ISG56의 발현을 증가시키고 암 세포의 세포사멸을 유도하므로, 상기 RNA 올리고뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 조성물은 암 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
