The preparation has improved adhesive properties, consistency and stability as a result of a filler containing: 35 to 45 wt. % vegetable oil； 25 to 50 wt % structure-forming stabilizer； 5 to 15 wt % bonding agent； and silicon oxide making up the remainder.
