PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forest resource biomass power generation system for achieving stable forest resource supply and electric power supply in a long term while satisfactorily maintaining a global environment by properly linking a wood production system for obtaining forest resources as raw material to a power generation system using the forest resources.SOLUTION: The forest resource biomass power generation system having a plurality of forest resource supply mountain forest districts includes: a forest resource biomass power generation device 200 for generating a power while collecting and utilizing by-products from the forest resources of the forest resource supply mountain forest districts； an afforestation/deforestation management device 300 for performing execution related to the afforestation and deforestation of the mountain forest districts and its management； and a forest resource power generation management device 100 for performing afforestation planning and deforestation planning on the basis of forest resource power generation planning, and for managing the power generation of the forest resource biomass power generation device 200 while transmitting afforestation and deforestation request information necessary for forest resource power generation to the afforestation/deforestation management device 300.【課題】原料の森林資源から得た木材生産システムとそれを利用する発電システムとを適切にリンクして地球環境を良好に維持しながら、長期にわたり安定した森林資源供給及び電気供給を得るための森林資源バイオマス発電システムを提供する。【解決手段】複数の森林資源供給山林地域を有し、森林資源供給山林地域の森林資源から副産物を回収活用しながら発電する森林資源バイオマス発電装置２００と、前記山林地域の植林及び伐採に関する実行とその管理をする森林植林伐採管理装置３００と、森林資源発電計画に基いて植林計画と伐採計画を行い森林植林伐採管理装置３００に森林資源発電に必要な植林と伐採要求情報を送信しながら森林資源バイオマス発電装置２００の発電管理をする森林資源発電管理装置１００とからなることを特徴とする森林資源バイオマス発電システム。【選択図】図１
