In one aspect, there is provided a method for treating a proliferative disorder in a subject. The method comprises providing one cycle of treatment with the composition comprising CRLX10. The cycle comprises, e.g., an initial administration of the composition comprising CRLX101 to the subject at a dosage of more than 12 mg/m, e.g., 13 mg/m, 14 mg/m, 15 mg/m, 16 mg/m, or 17 mg/m.
