Disclosed is a capturing apparatus. The disclosed capturing apparatus comprises: a main body having a capturing space； a climbing plate provided so that red-eared sliders can climb to an upper portion of the main body； operation plates which are provided at the upper portion of the main body to be selectively opened； and an operation unit which operates the operation plates to be selectively opened. According to the present invention, the capturing apparatus: is able to easily capture red-eared sliders which disturb the ecosystem； is easy to be manufactured through a simple structure； and operates the operation unit when capturing of the red-eared sliders is possible by using habits thereof, thereby improving a capture ability.포획장치에 관한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 포획장치는: 포획공간이 형성된 본체와, 본체의 상부로 오르도록 구비되는 오름판과, 본체의 상부에 구비되어 선택적으로 개방되는 작동판 및 작동판이 선택적으로 개방되도록 작동시키는 작동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
