The present disclosure relates to an artificial soil composition for greening the artificial ground with recycling of waste resources such as sawdust, which is used for greening artificial ground, and a manufacturing method thereof, the artificial soil composition comprising: an ameliorated soil containing coffee grounds； and 0.1 to 3 wt% of a solidifying agent based on the weight of the ameliorated soil and diluted in water, wherein the ameliorated soil and the solidifying agent are mixed in a predetermined ratio and formed to provide the artificial soil composition.본 개시(Disclosure)는 인공 지반의 녹화에 사용되며, 커피찌꺼기, 톱밥과 같은 폐자원을 재활용한 인공 지반의 녹화를 위한 인공토양 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 커피찌꺼기를 포함하는 개량토；와, 상기 개량토의 중량을 기준으로 0.1~3 중량%의 고화제；로서 설정된 비율로 물에 희석되어 구비되는 고화제；가 혼합되어 형성되는 인공 지반의 녹화를 위한 인공토양 조성물이 제공된다.
