PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the intensity of excitation light to obtain fluorescent images with high quantitativity stably.SOLUTION: Provided is a fluorescent observation apparatus which comprises: an illumination light source for irradiating a subject with illumination light which has broadband wavelengths in visible region an excitation light source for irradiating the subject with excitation light which has part of broadband wavelengths and constitutes part of the illumination light a first imaging element which is exposed to reflection of the illumination light emitted from the illumination light source and reflected from the subject irradiated with the illumination light, and which obtains reflection image information a second imaging element which is exposed to fluorescent light generated within the subject by the excitation light with which the subject is irradiated from the excitation light source, and which obtains fluorescent light image information and a control unit which controls the illumination light source and the excitation light source such that the illumination light source is on during an exposure period during which the first imaging element is exposed to the reflection and the excitation light source is on during an exposure period during which the second imaging element is exposed to the fluorescent light as well as the excitation light source being on during at least part of the exposure period of the first imaging element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】励起光の強度を安定させて定量性の高い蛍光画像を安定的に取得する。【解決手段】可視域における広帯域の波長を有する照明光を被写体に照射する照明光源と、広帯域の内の一部の波長を有し、照明光の一部を構成する励起光を被写体に照射する励起光源と、照明光源から被写体に照射された照明光の被写体からの反射光を露光して反射光画像情報を取得する第1の撮像素子と、励起光源から被写体に照射された励起光によって被写体において発生する蛍光を露光して蛍光画像情報を取得する第2の撮像素子と、第1の撮像素子による反射光の露光期間中に照明光源を点灯させ、第2の撮像素子による蛍光の露光期間中に励起光源を点灯させるとともに、第1の撮像素子による露光期間の内、少なくとも一部の期間において励起光源を点灯させるように、照明光源および励起光源を制御する制御部とを備える蛍光観察装置を提供する。【選択図】図2
