PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of leakage in an absorbent article comprising an absorber which is folded on a fold line extending in a cross direction.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 10 comprises: an absorber 40 comprising a pair of first fold lines FL1 and a pair of second fold lines FL2 and a back sheet 60a. The absorber comprises: a first area 401 provided between the pair of first fold lines a pair of second areas 402 which are provided on a skin facing surface side of the first area and a pair of third areas 403 provided on a skin facing surface side of the second areas. In the disposable diaper, a first joint part R1 on which the first area and the second areas are jointed, a third joint part R3 on which the third areas and a non-skin surface sheet are jointed, and a third non-joint part NR3 which is provided inside of the third joint part in a width direction and outside of the first fold lines in the width direction, and on which the third areas and a non-skin surface sheet are not jointed.
