PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue fastening tool reliably restored to a predetermined shape, an applicator for suitably indwelling the tool within a body, and a tissue fastening device.SOLUTION: The applicator includes a tubular puncturing tool which extends a tissue fastening tool formed of a wire wound into a coil shape and a fastening tool pusher in which the distal end thereof is inserted into the puncturing tool and pushes the tissue fastening tool inserted into the puncturing tool from a distal end of the puncturing tool when the fastening tool pusher advances.
