PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for destroying cancer cells including: eating staple food combined with side dishes to form proteins on a daily basis properly controlling the kind of essential amino acid among many kinds of essential amino acids taken as nutrients making cancer cells take into the controlled amino acids inhibiting the protein synthesis of the cancer cells to increase defective proteins and amino acids which cannot bind with the defective proteins in the cancer cells leading the cell membrane of the cancer cells to rupture while inhibiting the proliferation of the cancer cells by the increase and destroying the cancer cells to avoid the side effects of medicine, the influence of the medicine on relatively normal cells, and the influence of radiation on normal cells and to avoid making the cancer cells develop drug resistance.SOLUTION: The kind of essential amino acid required to form proteins is controlled, cancer cells are made to take into the controlled amino acids, and the protein synthesis of the cancer cells is inhibited to increase defective proteins and amino acids which cannot bind with the defective proteins in the cancer cells.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】タンパク質を構成するために日常、主食に副食物を組み合わせて食べ、そして、栄養素として摂取する多種類の必須アミノ酸の内で適宜に必須アミノ酸の種類をコントロールし、そのコントロールされたアミノ酸をガン細胞に取り入れさせ、そして、そのガン細胞に対してタンパク質の合成を抑制してそのガン細胞内に不完全なタンパク質と結合できずにいるアミノ酸とを増加させ、それらの増加によりそのガン細胞の増殖を抑制しながらそのガン細胞の細胞膜の破裂へ導びいてガン細胞を死滅させ、そして、薬剤による副作用、比較的正常な細胞に及ぼす影響、および放射線による正常な細胞に及ぼす影響なども回避でき、そしてさらに、ガン細胞に薬剤耐性を持たせることも避ける。【解決手段】タンパク質を構成するために必要とする必須アミノ酸の種類をコントロールし、そのコントロールされたアミノ酸をガン細胞に取り入れさせ、そして、そのガン細胞に対してタンパク質の合成を抑制してそのガン細胞内に不完全なタンパク質と結合できずにいるアミノ酸とを増加させる。
