The present invention relates to a process of producing a nano-CBDmicroemulsion system includes: (i) preparing a dispersal phase by dissolvingCBD inan ethanol solvent in a ratio between mass of CBD:volumn of ethanol solvent as8:10at a speed of 300 to 500 rpm with heating to a temperature ranging from 40 to60°Cwithin 4 to 8 hours； (ii) preparing a carrier by heating a liquid PEG(polyethyleneglycol) accounted for 40-60% by mass of the mixture of PEG and water to atemperature from 60 to 80°C, stirring homogeneously； (iii) adding thecarrier to thedispersal phase in a ratio by mass of 40:60, continuing heating the dispersalphase to atemperature of 40 to 60°C, stirring at a speed of 400 to 800 rpm； (iv)elmusifying asfollows: when the temperature arrives at 100°C, adding ACRYSOL K-140 tothemixture of the carrier and dispersal phase obtained in step (iii) in a ratioby mass of40:60, continuing to stir at a speed of 500 to 700 rpm, at a temperature ofabout 100°C,in vacuum, the reaction temperature is kept at 100°C for 3 to 5 hours,controlling thequality of resulting products until it is transparent, the reation isquenched, thetemperature is decreased slowly until it is in the range of 40 to 60°C；emulsifing theentire mixture for 30 minutes, at a speed of 400 to 800 rpm. (v) filtratingthe productsby injecting through nanofilters before filling-packaging.
