Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for stimulating a brain using ultrasound. The apparatus for stimulating the brain using ultrasound comprises: a target position calculation unit for calculating a ultrasound target position to emit ultrasound waves thereon, based on a previously obtained image of the skull of a user and an image of the skull of the user photographed through one or more markers a phase control unit for controlling each phase for a plurality of piezoelectric elements in order for multi-focus to be formed at the ultrasound target position and an ultrasound conversion unit for applying electrical signals to the piezoelectric elements whose phase is controlled so that ultrasound waves are emitted onto the ultrasound target position, and for converting the electrical signals into ultrasound signals.
