PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic water spray device capable of producing an optimum amount of reactive oxygen species according to a use environment.SOLUTION: An electrolytic water spray device D includes an electrolytic water production unit 5, a spray unit 19, carbon dioxide calculation means 51, and a control unit 30. The control unit 30 controls the electrolytic water production unit 5 and has a cleaning ability determination part 54 and a production control part 34. The production control part 34 controls production of electrolytic water by repeating one cycle a plurality of times, the one cycle being composed of an energizing time when an electrolysis part 17 is energized for electrolysis and a deenergizing time after the energizing time is stopped.
