The present invention relates to a safety device for preventing stab by injection needles on used syringes by mistake. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology for preventing stab by injection needles, by sliding the safety device mounted to a lateral wall of syringes in order to make a sharp portion at an upper end of the injection needle naturally covered up without re-closing a syringe lid after the syringe is used.
