The present invention relates to a thread insertion needle, which minimizes pain and damage on tissues in body due to the needle, when undergoing a procedure with the needle inserted into the body. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the thread insertion needle comprises: a front end needle part having a sharp cone-shaped front end and a closed tip a front end connection part elongated from the front end needle part and having a hole a body part penetratedly connected to the front end connection part and a thread inserted into the body part and having one end poked up through the hole of the front end connection part.
