FIELD: medicine； pharmaceuticals.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to antimicrobial medicines in the form of instant tablets and sachets used for preparing a solution for local and external application, and to a method for production thereof. Preparation contains active substance nitrofural and filler – sodium chloride and additionally contains beta-cyclodextrin and as leavings organic acid and alkaline component is used at following ratio of components, wt%: nitrofural is 1.5–2.5； sodium chloride 8.0–75.2； beta-cyclodextrin 1.5–30.0； organic acid 9.0–30.0； alkaline component 11.7–40.0； excipients – balance.
