PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-filled syringe with bypass, the syringe that prevents excessive ejection of liquid and liquid leakage when mixing and dissolving a medicine with a medical fluid.SOLUTION: A pre-filled syringe of the present invention is provided in which a front chamber 6 and a rear chamber 7 for containing a first component and a second component are formed in a cylindrical main body 1, respectively, the front chamber 6 and the rear chamber 7 are partitioned by a stopper 3 inserted in the main body 1 and being flexibly pressed and contacted to an inner circumferential surface and forming multiple ribs R in the circumferential direction, and a bypass 13 for bringing the rear chamber 7 into communication with the front chamber 6 in the passage of the stopper 3 is recessed in the inner circumferential surface of the main body 1.
