PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excretion aid device that facilitates excretion in a supine position.SOLUTION: An excretion aid device 1 is placed under buttocks of a supine user and is used to lift the buttocks from the back. The excretion aid device 1 includes: a left side thigh supporting part 2 for supporting a thigh on the left side of the user a right side thigh supporting part 3 for supporting the thigh on the right side of the user a left side buttock supporting part 4 for supporting the buttock on the left side of the user, and connected to the left side thigh supporting part 2 and a right side buttock supporting part 5 for supporting the right buttock of the user, and connected to the right side thigh supporting part 3.
