PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable ultrasonic imaging apparatus which can safely and surely hold a probe, a cord thereof or a component and the like to be used in the apparatus while maintaining the compact shape.SOLUTION: A portable ultrasonic imaging apparatus comprises a body housing and a display housing which is arranged on the upper surface of the body housing and has a display device, and is provided with a probe connection part to which a connector connected to a probe via a cord is connected on the side surface of the body housing. A cord storage part for storing the cord connecting the connector and the probe is provided along the plurality of side surfaces of the body housing.
