The invention relates to a portable apparatus intended for pointing out subcutaneous veins and for viewing the position thereof by video-projecting them onto the skin. According to the invention, the apparatus consists of an electronic block () controlling a 2D optical scanner () and an infrared laser () for a very short period of time, in the range of nano seconds, by means of a photodiode () there being obtained a skin reflection degree for which the electronic block () decides the control of a laser () within the visible rage for a time period in the range of milliseconds and, after this period, a new position of the optical scanner () is controlled and the process is resumed by the control of the infrared laser () this way, only the zones with veins are illuminated by the visible laser () for the positive display, or only the zones without veins, for the negative display.Invenţia se referă la un aparat portabil pentru evidenţierea venelor subcutanate şi vizualizarea poziţiei acestora prin videoproiectarea lor pe piele. Aparatul conform invenţiei este alcătuit dintr-un bloc () electronic ce comandă un scaner () optic 2D şi un laser () în infraroşu, pentru un timp foarte scurt, de ordinul nanosecundelor, prin intermediul unei fotodiode () se obţine un nivel de reflexie al pielii pentru care blocul () electronic decide comanda unui laser () în vizibil pentru un timp de ordinul milisecundelor, iar după trecerea acestui timp se comandă o nouă poziţie a scanerului () optic, şi procesul se reia prin comanda laserului () în infraroşu astfel vor fi iluminate de către laserul () în vizibil doar zonele în care se găsesc vene, pentru afişarea pozitivă, sau doar zonele în care nu se găsesc vene, pentru afişarea negativă.
