Proangiogenic system of the specific cell marker / ligand type, a system where the cell marker is present in the outer membrane of the cell, characterized in that it comprises: a) an endothelial cell precursor (EPC) comprising a cell marker selected from the set constituted by EphB cell markers, mainly EphB4 or EphB1, and b) a protein material of structure: LK (I) constituted by a ligand (L) selected from efrin-B ligands or a peptide fragment thereof with the same biological activity and which is associated with or fused with a binding protein (K) selected from Fc fragments of antibodies A, said endothelial cell precursor (a) and said protein material (b) being separated from each other, and because incubation of said precursor of Endothelial cell (a) of said protein material (b) produces a cellular material of structure: EPC-EphB-LK (II) to stimulate angiogene sis.Sistema proangiogénico del tipo marcador celular/ligando específico, sistema donde el marcador celular está presente en la membrana exterior de la célula, caracterizado porque comprende: a) un precursor de célula endotelial (EPC) que comprende un marcador celular seleccionado de entre el conjunto constituido por los marcadores celulares EphB, principalmente EphB4 o EphB1, y b) un material proteínico de estructura: L-K (I) constituido por un ligando (L) seleccionado de entre ligandos efrina-B o un fragmento peptídico de los mismos con la misma actividad biológica y que está asociado a o fusionado con una proteína de unión (K) seleccionada de entre fragmentos Fc de anticuerpos A, disponiéndose dicho precursor de célula endotelial (a) y dicho material proteínico (b) separados entre sí, y porque la incubación de dicho precursor de célula endotelial (a) de dicho material proteínico (b) produce un material celular de estructura: EPC-EphB-L-K (II) para estimular la angiogenesis.
