The present invention relates to a device for preventing a tree (1) branch from drooping and a method for installing the same, wherein a branch (3) is prevented from drooping by connecting the branch (3) to the trunk of a tree or connecting the branch (3) to another branch by using a support wire (10). Since the branch support unit (20) and center support unit (20&prime) are installed on an end portion of the support wire (10) and are supported by the branch (3), the trunk, or hubs (50, 50&prime), the limb does not droop. An end portion of the support wire (10) penetrates a through-hole (24) of a penetrated frame (22) and a wedge (30) is installed in the through-hole (24), the support wire (10) and wire fine lines (12) are compressed and fixated between an outer inclined side (32), as the outside of the wedge (30), and an inner inclined side (26) as the inside of the through-hole (24). A cover (40) is additionally used to close an inlet (28) of the through-hole (24) of the penetrated frame (22). According to the present invention, the branch (3) of the tree (1) can be effectively prevented from drooping.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 나무용 가지 처짐방지장치 및 그 설치방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 나무(1)의 줄기나 가지(3) 또는 가지(3) 사이를 지지와이어(10)를 사용하여 연결하여 가지(3)가 처지는 것을 방지한다. 상기 지지와이어(10)의 단부에는 가지지지부(20)와 중심지지부(20)가 설치되어 가지(3)나 줄기 또는 허브(50,50)에 지지된다. 즉, 상기 지지와이어(10)의 단부는 관통프레임(22)의 관통공(24)을 통과하고 상기 관통공(24)에는 쐐기(30)가 설치되어 상기 쐐기(30)의 외면인 외측경사면(32)과 상기 관통공(24)의 내면인 내측경사면(26) 사이에 지지와이어(10)의 와이어세선(12)들이 압착되어 고정되도록 한다. 상기 관통프레임(22)의 관통공(24)의 입구(28)쪽을 차폐하도록 커버(40)가 더 사용된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 나무(1)의 가지(3)가 처지는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있게 되는 이점이 있다.
