The present invention relates to a device (1) for evaluating the orosensory perception of a subject. This evaluation device (1) comprises a body (2), advantageously in the form of a plate and preferably in the form of a sheet, comprising at least one removable part (3) which, on the one hand, comprises said one or one at least one of said compounds of interest and, secondly, is adapted to be separated from a residual portion (21) of said body (2) to be deposited in the oral cavity of said subject. La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour évaluer la perception orosensorielle d'un sujet. Ce dispositif d'évaluation (1) comprend un corps (2), avantageusement en forme de plaque et de préférence en forme de feuille, comprenant au moins une partie amovible (3) qui, d'une part, comporte ledit ou l'un au moins desdits composés d'intérêt et, d'autre part, est adaptée à être séparée d'une partie résiduelle (21) dudit corps (2) pour être déposée dans la cavité buccale dudit sujet. Le ou les composés d'intérêt sont choisis avantageusement parmi les composés susceptibles de générer un stimulus des perceptions gustatives et/ou olfactives et/ou trigéminales du sujet.
