The present invention relates to a mixing device capable of mixing the while and yolk of a raw egg. The mixing device includes: a hydraulic piston formed to be linearly reciprocated through oil pressure and including a gear groove formed at an end a hydraulic cylinder providing oil pressure to the hydraulic piston and including first and second hoses a cylindrical pipe including a second gear installed at an end to be rotated with the rotation of the hydraulic cylinder, and inwardly receiving an egg therein a first gear formed to be interlocked with the second gear of the cylindrical pipe and the gear groove of the hydraulic piston and a hydraulic supply device supplying oil pressure to the hydraulic cylinder and controlling the reciprocation of the hydraulic cylinder.
