The present invention provides a bath chair including a detachable chest support. The bath chair including the detachable chest support includes: a support frame formed to be inclined forward to support the chest of a user while preventing the user from falling forward； and a support unit installed to rotate and having multiple air holes at a part coming into contact with the chest, wherein the support unit has a cushion to support the chest of the user at the middle of the support frame. The support frame also includes a detachable clamp to be detached from each armrest frame installed on both sides of a frame body of the bath chair at each end of the both ends to prevent the user from falling forward by supporting the chest of the user while the user lowers the head forward as the support frame is attached when the user wants to have a shampoo since the support frame is installed to be detached from the bath chair.
