The present invention provides a method for producing red ginseng-concentrated granules with increased ginsenoside content, which comprises the following steps: (a) spraying and drying red ginseng concentrate to prepare seed powder of the red ginseng concentrate (b) adding water and Arabia gum to the red ginseng concentrate, and performing a mixing operation to produce a binder and (c) putting the seed powder of the red ginseng concentrate prepared in the step (a) to the lower end of a fluidized bed granulator, applying heated air and spraying the binder resulted from the step (b) to the upper part of the fluidized bed granulator via a spraying nozzle to form the granules. The present invention also provides red ginseng concentrated granules with increased ginsenoside content, and processed food manufactured by using ginseng concentrated granules.
