Patent No. 603429 Disclosed is a beverage product comprising a container (12) a liquid (11), and a dairy foam (17) on top of the liquid (11) covering its surface, wherein the dairy foam (17) comprises 90 to about 100 wt% milk and milk fat, 0-10 wt% sweetener, and from 0.1 to about 1.5wt%, preferably from 0.1 to about 1.0 wt% of a stabilizer, and wherein the dairy foam (17) has been applied first to an inner wall (18) of the container (12) along the entire circumference of said container (12) before filling up the complete surface of the liquid (11) so that it sticks to said inner wall (18).
