PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch characterized in that a cover material is difficult to peel off from the skin even if a microspike array device is arranged at a site close to the outer corner of an eye.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a patch 10 to be attached to the outer corner of the eye of a human's face comprising a microspike array device 12 and a cover material 14. The microspike array device 12 comprises a basal plate 16 and a plurality of microspikes 18 with an overall height, which does not penetrate a corneum, of 160 μm or less arranged at one face of the basal plate in which the surface of the microspike is coated with an active ingredient. The cover material 14 comprises a base material 20 and an adhesive layer 22 formed on one face of this base material in which another face of the basal plate is attached to the adhesive layer so as to cover the microspike array device. In the state where the patch is attached on the outer corner of the eye, the cover material broadens from a given datum point P over the direction from the outer corner of the eye side to the ear.
