PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for studying and groping whether or not electromagnetic wave water can be produced which mentally and physically contributes to developed high acid-fast drinking water at a cellular level.SOLUTION: A nanolevel weak DC current flows in each of human bodies. Biological activities are maintained by activities of cells to be countered as 60 trillion. A matter for supporting the activities is a mitochondrion for reducing active oxygen which exists in all the cells. Since the mitochondrion utilizes oxygen which is taken into the cell, and breathes, the mitochondrion creates energy, is composed as ATP, and stored. Each cell is activated in a life by substance composition, power generation and light emitting activities by extracting the energy, and the mitochondrion activates an electronic transmission system by the weak current, and promotes the composition of the ATP.
