PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a blood stream from an SLO image group which has been photographed at different focal positions.SOLUTION: The region of a blood vessel in a photographing object is specified. The information regarding the blood flow rate of the blood vessel is specified conforming to the SLO image by a signal beam at a focal position which is deeper than the region of the blood vessel.
