PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood circulation state measuring apparatus for measuring an index value indicating blood flowability and a blood vessel resistance coefficient value by noninvasive measurement.SOLUTION: The blood circulation state measuring apparatus performs prescribed calculation using the flow velocity of blood and a blood pressure and calculates the blood flowability and the blood vessel resistance coefficient. The continuous waves of ultrasonic waves are transmitted to a blood flow and the flow velocity of the blood is obtained from the change amount (doppler shift) of the frequency of the reflected continuous waves. In the meantime, a value measured by a general sphygmomanometer or the like is utilized for the blood pressure. The blood flowability is calculated by inputting the maximum flow velocity and the maximum blood pressure among the values acquired in the above-mentioned manner to a prescribed calculation formula, and the blood vessel resistance coefficient is obtained from the maximum flow velocity of the blood flow velocity and the blood flow velocity of end diastole. The blood circulation state measuring apparatus is allowed to simultaneously obtain the two indexes of the blood flowability and the blood vessel resistance coefficient, and by obtaining a distribution by the two indexes, a health state is recognized more easily and more accurately compared to the conventional inspection method.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】 非侵襲測定により血液流動性を示す指標値と血管抵抗係数値を測定する血液循環状態測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本血液循環状態測定装置は、血液の流速と、血圧を用いて、所定の計算を行い血液流動性と血管抵抗係数を算出する。血液の流速は、血流に超音波の連続波を送信し、その反射連続波の周波数の変化量(ドップラーシフト)から求める。一方、血圧は、一般の血圧計などにより測定した値を利用する。血液流動性は以上のようにして取得した値のうち、最大流速、最大血圧を所定の計算式に入力して算出し、血管抵抗係数は血流速度の最大流速と拡張末期の血流速度から求める。本血液循環状態測定装置は、血液流動性と血管抵抗係数との2つの指標を同時に求めることができ、2つの指標による分布を求めることによって、より簡単に、より正確に健康状態を把握することができる。【選択図】 図2
