The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion - to - water, characterised in that it comprises a polymer of 2 - acrylamido - 2 - methylpropane -, a copolymer of 2 - acrylamido - 2 - methylpropane - and of (meth) acrylate of alcohol, and one amphiphilic polymer containing inulin modified hydrophobic, the cells of the said emulsion having a mean size ranging from 15 to 500 microns and the oily phase is present in an amount less than 35% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition. It also relates to a process for the cosmetic treatment of keratinous substances.La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique, sous forme démulsion huile-dans-eau, caractérisée en ce quelle comprend un polymère dacide 2-acrylamido -2-méthylpropane-sulfonique, un copolymère dacide 2-acrylamido-2-méthylpropane-sulfonique et de (méth)acrylate dalcool, et un polymère amphiphile à base dinuline modifiée hydrophobe, les globules de ladite émulsion présentant une taille moyenne allant de 15 à 500 microns et la phase huileuse étant présente en une quantité inférieure à 35 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition.Elle concerne également un procédé de traitement cosmétique des matières kératiniques.
