(A)Technological field: The direction of beam is adjusted by refracting the output light of intense pulsed light(IPL) by 90 degrees. (B) The objective to achieve is to improve the fact that securing a clear view is difficult since a heavy light head is used horizontally with a flash lamp so that the heavy light head can be used vertically to improve convenience and secure a clear view. (C) A means to achieve the objective is to compose a prism for refraction on the output unit of the light head to refract the radiating beam from the flash lamp by 90 degrees to enable the light head to be used vertically. In addition, a cut-off coating is performed to remove a specific wavelength on the incident surface of the prism for refraction to reduce numbers of parts being used. (나)해결하고자하는 과제기존의 무거운 광헤드가 플래시램프와 수평으로 사용할 수밖에 없어서 시야확보에 어려움이 많았던 점을 구조를 개선하여 수직으로 사용할 수 있도록 함으로서 사용의 편의성과 시야 확보를 보다 용이하도록 하였다.(다)과제해결수단광헤드의 출력단에 굴절용 프리즘을 구성하여 플래시 램프로부터 방사되는 빔을 90도 각도로 굴절시켜, 광 헤드를 수직으로 사용할 수 있도록 한다 또한 굴절용 프리즘의 입사면에 특정파장을 제거할 목적의 Cut-off 코팅을 하여 부품의 수를 줄인다, (라) 효과시야 확보, 정밀한 간격, 수평유지가 용이,사용상의 불편으로 인한 사고의 위험성 감소, 피로도 저감, 신뢰성 향상.
