PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant-dose syringe type squirt allowing an operator to divide and take out a small portion of a content by an easy operation.SOLUTION: A syringe type squirt 1 includes a syringe 10, and a plunger P. The plunger P includes a piston holding member 30, and a plunger operation member 40 pressing an arm 33 of the piston holding member 30. The syringe 10 includes, at the rear thereof, an extension cylinder 50 having a finger rest 51. The arm 33 includes a sliding protrusion 34 that deforms the arm 33 inward while sliding along an inner peripheral surface 50f of the extension cylinder 50, and a locking protrusion 35 that is disposed rearward the sliding protrusion 34 and is locked to the extension cylinder 50. When the plunger operation member 30 is pushed in, with the arm 33 deformed inward, the lock between the locking protrusion 35 and the extension cylinder 50 is released.
