PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of facilitating grasping of whole fundus of an eye to be examined which is an inspection object, even when stimulus light is applied to an intraocular part of an eye to be examined, and a fixation direction of an eye to be examined is deviated from a center of an optic axis of an illumination optical system.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: fundus image photographing means for photographing a fundus of an eye to be examined and display means for displaying a reference fundus image of an eye to be examined which was acquired in advance by the fundus image photographing means. The reference fundus image is an image of a fundus of the eye to be examined which is photographed in a state in which no stimulus light is radiated to the intraocular part of the eye to be examined, and a fixation direction of the eye to be examined almost matches to an optic axis of the illumination light. A lightness of a peripheral part of the reference fundus image is higher than a lightness of a peripheral part of the fundus image of the eye to be examined which his acquired by the fundus image photographing means when the illumination light and stimulus light are radiated to the fundus of the eye to be examined, and is higher than a lightness of the peripheral part of the fundus image of the eye to be examined acquired by the fundus image photographing means when the fixation direction of the eye to be examined is deviated from the optic axis of the illumination light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検眼の眼内に刺激光を与えたり、被検眼の固視方向が照明光学系の光軸の中心からずれたりしても、検査対象となる被検眼の眼底全体を把握し易くする眼科装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼科装置は、被検眼の眼底を撮影する眼底画像撮影手段と、被検眼の眼底に刺激光を照射するときに、眼底画像撮影手段によって予め取得された被検眼の参照眼底画像を表示する表示手段と、を備えている。参照眼底画像は、被検眼の眼内に刺激光が照射されない状態で、かつ、被検眼の固視方向が照明光の光軸と略一致した状態で撮影された被検眼の眼底の画像である。参照眼底画像の周辺部の明度は、被検眼の眼底に照明光と刺激光が照射されたときに眼底画像撮影手段によって取得される被検眼の眼底画像の周辺部の明度より高く、かつ、被検眼の固視方向が照明光の光軸とからずれたときに眼底画像撮影手段によって取得される被検眼の眼底画像の周辺部の明度より
