PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic photographing apparatus with which a diaphanoscopic image can be captured with the effect of a corneal reflex bright point reduced in a simplified manner.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic photographing apparatus for photographing a subject eye comprises: projection means for projecting illumination light onto the subject eye photographing means for photographing the anterior eye part of the subject eye including the crystalline lens illuminated with the illumination light projected by the projection means and reflected off the eyeground and projection control means for projecting the illumination light from the projection means onto the subject eye in sequence with the incidence condition varied at each reception of a photographing start signal for photographing the anterior eye part.
