PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition including polypeptide and polysaccharide.SOLUTION: The composition of the invention is generally immuno-regulative. The invention discloses a production method of these compositions using a filamentous fungus cultured in a liquid medium. The composition is useful, e.g., for treating immuno-compromised conditions.
