The present invention relates to a method for selectively obtaining a polymer polysaccharide of a desired molecular weight range from microalgae. In the present invention, as the culture conditions for the selective production of the polymer polysaccharide of the desired molecular weight range, the optical wavelength, the extraction position of the polymer polysaccharide in the flask and the volume ratio of ethanol and the concentration of sodium chloride in the extraction solvent. The polymer polysaccharide produced in the present invention may be utilized for other purposes depending on the molecular weight.본 발명은 미세조류로부터 목적하는 분자량 범위의 고분자 다당류를 선택적으로 수득하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 목적하는 분자량 범위의 고분자 다당류를 선택적으로 생산하기위한 배양조건으로서 광파장, 플라스크 내에서 고분자 다당류의 추출 위치 및 추출용매에서 에탄올의 부피비와 염화나트륨의 농도를 제시한다. 본 발명에서 생산한 고분자 다당류를 분자량에 따라 다른 목적으로 활용될 수 있다.
