The present invention relates to a buoyancy agent used for a buoy in a fish farm, a buoyancy tank of a working barge, and a buoy for fishing. Most buoyancy agents are made of foaming Styrofoam to be used. However, the agents are damaged by waves, wind, fish and shellfish like barnacles, and granules of the agents float on the sea. Since collecting the granules is impossible, a marine environment is seriously contaminated. Thus, the world is trying to eliminate Styrofoam from the ocean. Recently, as an alternative, foaming Styrofoam is coated with a synthetic resin or the like, or a buoyancy tank is used by being manufactured through plastic injection. However, the alternative is not effective, because a synthetic resin coating agent is damaged or plastic injection is broken. Therefore, the present invention provides an environmentally-friendly buoy which can be used as a semi-permanent fish farm buoy and a buoyancy tank of a barge, as a buoyancy tank is manufactured by rolling an air cap, which is used as a packing material and a heat insulating material, on a plastic branch pipe to produce a cylindrical column, making a pipe-shaped cylinder through rolling using an injection and extrusion banding method, and pushing the air cap thereinto to be sealed. A positive function of a buoyancy agent can be maintained although an outer cover of the buoyancy tank is broken or damaged.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 고안은 양식장의 부이 및 작업용 바지선의 부력통, 어구용 부표에 사용하는 부력제에 관한 것으로 대부분의 부력제는 발포스프로폼으로 제작하여 사용하는데 파도나 풍랑 따게비등 어페류에 의해 파손되어 작은 알갱이가 떠다니게 되는데 회수가 불가능 하여 해양환경 크게 오염시키는 근원적 원인이 되어 전 세계적으로 해양에서 스츠로폼을 퇴출시키고자 노력중이다 최근에는 대안으로 발포스츠로폼에 합성수지등을 코팅하거나 플라스틱 사출로 부력통을 제작하여 사용하는데 합성수지 코팅제가 회손 되거나 플라스틱 사출이 깨지어서 대안이 되지 못하는 실정다따라서 본 고안은 포장재 및 보온재로 이용되는 에어캡을 프라스틱 지관에 말아서 원동형의 기둥을 만들고 파이프 형태의 원통을 사출 및압출 밴딩방식으로 말아 원통을 만든후 에어캡을 밀어넣어 밀봉시켜 부력통을 만드는 방식으로 부력통의 외피가 깨지거나 손상을 입더라도 부력제의 순기능을 유지할수 있는 반영구적인 양식장 부표 및 바지선의 부력통으로 사용할수 있는 친화경 부이를 만드는 것이다
