The invention is related to development of new organomineral ameliorant fertilizers having fertilizing, ameliorating and structuring properties that can be used in agriculture to increase fertility of degraded, low-productive soils by improving their nutritive, physical, mechanical and hydro-accumulative properties. The fertilizer comprises, in a definite proportion, wt.%: sulphur-perlite-containing waste of sulphuric acid production produced during filtration cleaning of elementary sulphur raw stock of ash residues (30-45); vermicompost that is a product of disposal of animal-breeding and plant-growing wastes (35-45) and bentonite clay (20-25). The following properties are characteristic of the proposed organomineral ameliorant fertilizer: high fertilizing, ameliorating, loosening the root zone, improving conditions of running of oxidation-reduction processes, promoting calcium regime, increasing moisture stock and nitrate absorption capacity in the soil system, contributing to prevention of nitrate washing-
