PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet for welding which eliminates the need to hold a welding face shield 11 or a protective face shield 12 in a users hand alternately, or to change the shields alternately.SOLUTION: Both a welding face shield 11 and a protective face shield 12 are mounted onto certain parts of the right and the left sides of a helmet 10 by fitting tools 25 so that the shields move rotationally between an upper retraction position and a lower use position. The welding face shield 11 is provided outside the protective face shield that is, the protective face shield 12 is provided inside the welding face shield.
