A face mask having light emitting elements is covered on a users face and includes a flexible circuit board, a waterproof film, light-emitting diodes, heating elements, a control unit and a transparent film. The waterproof film is adhered to the flexible circuit board. The light-emitting elements and the heating elements are electrically arranged on the flexible circuit board opposite to the waterproof film. One surface of the transparent film is adhered to the flexible circuit board, and the other surface is brought into contact with the face skin of the user. With this arrangement, the light emitted by the light-emitting diodes can pass through the transparent film to illuminate the face skin and the heat generated by the heating elements can facilitate the circulation of blood under the face skin.
