PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting tool for cultivation capable of concentratedly arranging a light source unit as a unit, which emits light, on a partial area, and emitting light from a plurality of directions.SOLUTION: A lighting tool for cultivation comprises: a pot 15 in which a plant is planted a light source unit 20 equipped with a light source which is disposed below the pot 15 and light guide plates 30 which make light emitted from the light source incident to an incident end surface and emits light from an emission end surface 32 on the opposite side of the incident end surface.
