An ocular deviation measuring device comprises: a view blocking section (2) that releases or blocks a field of view for a right eye and/or a left eye of an examinee an eye photographing section (3) that photographs an eye when the field of view is released or blocked by the view blocking section (2) an ocular position measuring section (11) that measures an ocular position on the basis of an eye image photographed by the eye photographing section (3) and an ocular deviation calculating section (12) that calculates an ocular deviation amount which is the difference between a first ocular position measured by the ocular position measuring section (11) when the field of view is blocked and a second ocular position measured when the field of view is released. It is possible to measure the ocular deviation under such circumstances that the examinee virtually sees an outdoor landscape.
