摘要:
Osteogenesis agent based on porous calcium phosphate with an isotropic sintered structure and statistically distributed pores between sintered particles of calcium phosphate in several discrete size ranges, characterized in that it has a porosity composed of three discrete pore size distributions ( I), (II) and (III), and the maximums of the three pore size distributions are in the ranges of 0.5 to 10 μm (I), 10 to 100 μm (II) and 100 to 5000 μm (III), the porosity has an irregular geometric configuration, the sintered particles of calcium phosphate have a particle size smaller than 63 μm with a d50 value in the range of 5 to 20 μm, and the interconnecting pore portion of porosity is limited to pore sizes less than 10 μm; which can be obtained by synthesizing a calcium phosphate as the starting substance (C) from its starting raw materials (A) and (B), then the starting substance (C) synthesized is crushed to a size of grain less than 63 μm with a d50 value in the range of 5 to 20 μm and mixed in a stoichiometric ratio with a part of its starting substances (A) and (B) that have not reacted, the mixture is strongly homogenized, then the calcinable or volatile ammonium hydrogen carbonate porosity agent is added in grain fractions with d50 values in the range of 0.5 to 10 μm, 10 to 100 μm and 100 to 5000 μm, the fraction being added of grain of the porosity agent with a d50 value in the range of 0.5 to 10 μm in an amount of 1 to 20% by mass, the grain fraction of the porosity agent with a d50 value in the range of 10 to 100 μm in an amount of 5 to 40% by mass and the grain fraction of the porosity agent c on a d50 value in the range of 100 to 5000 μm in an amount of 1 to 40% by mass, in each case referred to the calculated amount of calcium phosphate; the calcium phosphate components with the fractions of the calcinable porosity agents are homogenized without further crushing and then compacted; porosity agents are separated by heating; porous, uncalcrated calcium pho
