The compounds are for use as a medicament for the treatment of diseases selected from dry age-related macular degeneration (dAMD), wet age-related macular degeneration (wAMD), retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO), nasal polyposis, eosinophilic esophagitis, eosinophillic gastroenteritis (e.g. eosinophilic gastritis and eosinophilic ententeritis), hyper eosinophilic syndrome and Churg Strauss syndrome.
