PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty appliance and a beautification method capable of effectively ameliorating flecks on skin effectively.SOLUTION: A beauty appliance 1 has a light irradiation part 10 including a body 11 having a shape which is formed by cutting out an oval-spherical curved surface with a plane surface of the oval sphere spreading in the longitudinal direction. A concave side of the body 11 has a plurality of blue LED 13, and an elliptically-shaped opening end 111 of the body 11 has an adhesive layer 14 for adhering the light irradiation part 10 to the skin.
